How Our Waynesville Location Has Adapted to the "New Normal"

Like many other businesses, Qlarity Access is adapting to the "new normal." While most of our calling operations have transitioned to working from home, our physical call center in Waynesville is back open and renamed as the "Research Engagement Center."

We are committed to keeping our office compliant with all safety and social distancing measures as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Keeping our staff safe has been the utmost priority so we've instituted some new measures in our physical office that we'd like to share for any new hires or any concerned parties.

First, we've taken the Pulaski County Safe & Smart pledge to keep a safe workplace environment.

The Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber, in partnership with the Pulaski County Health Department, Cities of St. Robert and Waynesville, Pulaski County and Sustainable Ozarks Partnership, is facilitating this program to provide public trust in the practices the business community has implemented.

The purpose of this pledge program is to show that local businesses care about the community and are actively working to protect both their employees and customers.

Taking a pledge alone wasn't enough for us, so we've instituted the following new measures:

  • We check temperatures of our staff and maintain copies of the dates and temperatures for contact tracing, if needed.
  • We require face masks to be worn in the building anywhere other than individual work stations.
  • We are maintaining social distancing guidelines in our phone room by alternating booths for interviewers.
  • We provide disinfectant wipes and sprays to everyone in our office.
  • We are tracking and recording new COVID-19 cases in Pulaski and surrounding counties.
  • We are monitoring for new CDC guidelines and keeping a watchful eye on the evolving situation.

As we mentioned earlier, we are still continuing to do remote calling and are continuing to hire for positions both in our office and remotely. If your business is interested in learning more about how you can shift your calling center to a work from home operation, our co-CEO Colson Steber is hosting a webinar on this topic on July 8th at 2PM EDT. He will cover the tech stack, process changes, troubleshooting techniques, and work environment.

Who should attend this webinar?

  • Company leaders who hire or own call centers
  • People that procure phone recruitment and interviewing services
  • Call center operations management
  • CATI and recruiting team leaders
  • Network admin of call centers

The webinar is closed, but you can still watch the recording!
