A BRIEF HISTORY
Since our inception in 1997, Qlarity Access has grown from a market research data collection to a pioneering Research Logistics provider.
Renamed in 2023 to better reflect our work doing research logistics and planning, today, Qlarity Access is the preferred partner for businesses who need to get the right data from the right audiences. We support our clients’ market research endeavors with reliable, precise data. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to delivering exceptional research logistics and results, prioritizing our people, clients, and stakeholders.
In an ambitious move in 2020, we unveiled Ag Access, a dynamic community boasting over 400,000 professionals and hobbyists in the agricultural sector. Continuing our momentum, 2023 saw the launch of Vet Access, gathering a dedicated collective of over 10,000 professionals in animal health. These communities serve as a cornerstone for our clients already leveraging the Xperience Qlarity Formula to make better business decisions through direct connections with their target audiences via our established participant relationships.
While we have a strong focus on agriculture and animal health, our expertise extends to serving niche audiences across various industries. Our true value lies in our ability to thoroughly understand and define research objectives, pinpoint the target audience, and provide access to those people, no matter how narrow the target. Our results bring confidence to our clients and with that comes the clarity needed to take impactful strategic action.

Curtis Burrow
CO-CEO
Curtis is a trusted leader and partner, a moniker earned by his constant dedication to the best interest of the research, the customer, and our business. His direct communication style and unwavering integrity are the foundation of our core values Truly Care and Get to the Root, and what makes him indispensable to our clients. Throughout his time here from Project Manager to Co-CEO and part owner, he has been a leader in the transformation of Qlarity Access from a small telephone research recruitment company to the proven research logistics provider that it is today.
Colson Steber
CO-CEO
Colson's motto is "Relentless Intentional Action", which is unmistakably clear in the way he strives to achieve personal and professional goals as well as empower those around him to meet their own. Colson serves as the visionary for Qlarity Access, developing the company through connecting the dots and ideating for innovation. Together with Co-CEO Curtis Burrow, he has guided the company through a remarkable expansion of 300%, the creation of the Xperience Qlarity Formula, and the introduction of two pioneering core service offerings: Ag Access and Vet Access.
Chris Kreiling
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Chris’ time on the Project Management, Project Support, and Quantitative Research teams enable him to bring an all encompassing approach to leadership in his role as Chief Operating Officer. He firstly leads and executes projects and initiatives against a larger company vision and strategy. With this vision in mind, he also identifies and motivates our Qlarity Access team to take ownership of opportunities for improvement big and small that result in greater effectiveness and synchronization of efforts, allowing us to reach a successful outcome each and every time.
Katie Gonzales
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
Katie is driven by an innate need for knowledge, which makes market research a perfect fit. Once she joined Qlarity Access, she knew there would be no end to her growth and learning. She has grown through the Research Engagement Center (REC) and operations to leadership during her tenure which has given her the perspective needed to make changes for the better. Since Katie took ownership of the REC team overall she has lasered in the team’s focus and implemented processes to empower others as leaders which has in turn dropped turnover by about 50%.
Mark Geniesse
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, RESEARCH
Mark has over 30 years of experience as a full-service market research supplier and consultant, including 9 years with Beall Research before their acquisition by Qlarity Access. He played a key role in developing our emotional drivers of behavior model, which identifies the specific feelings driving purchasing and brand recommendations, widely used by clients to guide decision-making. Mark's extensive experience in designing and analyzing challenging research across a broad range of industries makes him a master at turning clients’ business objectives into meaningful insights and providing actionable recommendations that drive business strategy.
Katie Taddei
VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING
Katie is a market researcher by education, marketer by passion. Her experience in market research makes her the perfect person to understand our clients’ needs and speak to them about what we do best in a common language. Prior to Katie joining the team, Qlarity Access had no marketing team or strategy. Since starting, Katie has rebranded the almost 3-decade old company, launched core service offering Vet Access, developed a guiding strategy, and revitalized content generation, bringing added value to both our clients and ourselves.
Ariel Coleman
VICE PRESIDENT, RESEARCH LOGISTICS TEAM
Ariel has seen many parts of Qlarity Access through her time at the company. As a trailblazer in the company, she has demonstrated her desire to move things forward through the development of the Project Support team, the Ag Access Community Database, and various other internal initiatives. Currently, Ariel leads our Research Logistics Team and ensures all projects are carried out with the highest precision and quality. Ariel digs into every project she touches to ensure that the targeting and screener are correct while also committing to a seamless user experience for community members.
Lisa Maloney
VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT SERVICES
Lisa is a well rounded market researcher with experience in multiple call centers, a focus group facility and test kitchen, and as a project manager across industries. As a leader at Qlarity Access, Lisa demonstrates her dedication to our clients by providing great service in any situation, whether from herself or her team. In addition to project management, Lisa has utilized her organization and multitasking skills to facilitate the redesign of qualitative processes with vastly improved efficiency while maintaining an impressive participant show rate of 95%.
Anne Beall
STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Anne E. Beall founded Beall Research, a strategic market research firm acquired by Qlarity Access in July 2024. A trailblazer in the industry, Anne was one of only a few female CEOs in market research. She authored several books, including Strategic Market Research: A Guide to Conducting Research that Drives Businesses (4th edition), and her expertise in how emotions drive purchasing and loyalty behaviors has made her a trusted advisor to all her clients. Anne works now as an advisor bringing her strategic thinking to Qlarity Access for the betterment of our clients.

Mike Mostransky
INSIGHTS DIRECTOR
Mike serves his clients through connection. He connects to clients themselves, asking why early and often to get to the root of the problem, then thinks outside of the box for the solution. As a prior product and project manager, Mike is able to understand what obstacles our operations team may face, and connect the dots between objectives and execution. And finally, Mike connects with the agriculture industry at large through exposure to farm tours, conferences, podcasts, and industry organization memberships, like National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA).
Conal Murray
INSIGHTS DIRECTOR
Conal demonstrates his fervent belief in teamwork every day through the way he partners with his clients to understand their research objectives and coordinates with internal teams to execute projects in the way that serves clients best. He has enjoyed a thriving career in market research helping clients across industries develop and conduct custom research projects that lead to powerful insights and impactful business decisions.
Trista Shockley
RESEARCH LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Trista has worked in almost every part of Qlarity Access in her time with the company, starting as an agent in our Research Engagement Center to now working in Sampling Operations. Once Trista joined the Database Team, she used her skill of putting order to chaos through process development to work. She undertook the large task of simplifying the incentive payment process and successfully cut the time required to make payments by 75%.
Joe Gaines
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Joe has always worked with numbers and analytics. His familiarity and comfort with projects that require heavy coordination, such as global studies or those with advanced reporting needs, make him the go to at Qlarity Access for complex projects. Joe’s experience makes him a great leader, allowing him to rally teams to fulfill a common objective and provide clients with actionable insights rather than numbers on paper.
Gina Butterfield

Gina is a self-motivated researcher with a dedication to uncovering insights and providing actionable recommendations. Her time at Beall Research, now Qlarity Access, has been marked by deep client connections, thoughtful research design, and thorough data analysis. Gina’s involvement in client projects, as well as in developing research objectives and testing hypotheses for our emotional drivers of behavior model, has allowed her to dive deep into the data, and uncover insights that others often overlook.

Jessica has focused on qualitative research during her time with Qlarity Access, first as an Executive Recruiter and now Project Manager. She is driven by human connection and truly cares about her clients and the success of each of their projects. This dedication, combined with the focus she has on qualitative research, has given her the expertise needed to excel in all projects, but especially those that require in person execution, whether that be local focus groups or international round tables.

Mike has spent his whole career in market research, across account and project management for both quantitative and qualitative research. Because of this, Mike is equipped with a unique ability to speak the same language as our clients, our Insights Directors, and our internal teams. He leverages this skill to ensure easy project transitions and execution which leads to clear insights and better business decisions.

Lindsay joins us with almost 2 decades of experience in agricultural market research spanning across custom and syndicated research. She has an innate ability to see not just the small pieces of a project, but the top down view of what is truly needed for project success. This, along with her deep knowledge of agriculture and market research, make her a trusted advisor to all of our clients, but especially those utilizing Ag Access.
Jaclyn Becks

Jaci is an experienced manager through and through, with a dedication to both her staff and clients. Her experience has given her the ability to hire well, but more importantly, coach and mentor those hires to their full potential. Not just a leader who manages her staff well, she is also entrusted with keeping our large projects moving smoothly. Jaci excels at keeping all parties on the right path by starting right with research objectives that are clearly defined and aligned to business goals and then executing with those objectives as a North Star.
Tiffany Egnew
ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
Tiffany joined our team as an agent in the Research Engagement Center and proved herself quickly, then being promoted to training supervisor. Since then, she has again risen into managing projects as well as people. Throughout her life, Tiffany has always been dedicated to connecting with and helping people. She started this in her career as a nurse and now demonstrates it by sharing knowledge with the agents under her purview and helping her clients find confidence and clarity in decision making by getting to the root of the objectives and executing towards them.
Alexander Elmore
ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
Alexander is a dedicated team member who has worked at Qlarity Access off and on since age sixteen, finally rejoining us permanently after graduating from college in 2022. Throughout that time he has been a part of many new experiences for Qlarity Access, including our very first syndicated study. Alexander’s experience with large data sources both at work and in school makes him the go-to person at Qlarity Access for distilling large amounts of data into digestible nuggets for wide groups of people.
Tim Jagears

Tim joined Qlarity Access as an agent in the Research Engagement Center a decade ago and now as an Associate Project Manager has worked on most parts of our business throughout that experience. He has always been a big component of the qualitative recruiting team, starting with its development and continuing as a supervisor of qualitative recruiters. Tim brings immense value to the team not only through his quick decision making, but his ability to do so while taking careful consideration of how those decisions affect every person involved.
Dom Golden
RESOURCE MANAGER
Dom is a patient and passionate addition to the Qlarity Access team. As the lead of training and onboarding, Dom has enthusiastically mentored our many new hires from their first day, starting with training and continuing until they become knowledgeable leaders in their own right. As a manager and supervisor, she continues to manage a thriving team of agents in the Research Engagement Center as they work together to execute our many academic projects in conjunction with local colleges and universities.
Phil Lukowicz
SENIOR RESEARCH ANALYST
Phil began his career with Beall Research, now Qlarity Access, in 2016 and has grown immensely in both title and skill. His time with the company has allowed him to contribute to the development of new processes and technologies while working on complex projects internally and with clients. Phil has a unique ability to take large data sets and, through meticulous data cleaning, organization, and analysis, provide valuable and actionable insights and recommendations to his clients.
