Curtis Burrow
CO-CEO
Curtis is a trusted leader and partner, a moniker earned by his constant dedication to the best interest of the research, the customer, and our business. His direct communication style and unwavering integrity are the foundation of our core values Truly Care and Get to the Root, and what makes him indispensable to our clients. Throughout his time here from Project Manager to Co-CEO and part owner, he has been a leader in the transformation of Qlarity Access from a small telephone research recruitment company to the proven insights provider that it is today.

Colson Steber
CO-CEO
Colson's motto is "Relentless Intentional Action", which is unmistakably clear in the way he strives to achieve personal and professional goals as well as empower those around him to meet their own. Colson serves as the visionary for Qlarity Access, developing the company through connecting the dots and ideating for innovation. Together with Co-CEO Curtis Burrow, he has guided the company through a remarkable expansion of 300%, the creation of The Qlarity Confidence Cycle, and the introduction of two pioneering core service offerings: Ag Access and Vet Access.

Chris Kreiling
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Chris’ time on the Project Management, Project Support, and Quantitative Research teams enable him to bring an all encompassing approach to leadership in his role as Chief Operating Officer. He firstly leads and executes projects and initiatives against a larger company vision and strategy. With this vision in mind, he also identifies and motivates our Qlarity Access team to take ownership of opportunities for improvement big and small that result in greater effectiveness and synchronization of efforts, allowing us to reach a successful outcome each and every time.

Katie Gonzales
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
Katie is driven by an innate need for knowledge, which makes market research a perfect fit. Once she joined Qlarity Access, she knew there would be no end to her growth and learning. She has grown through the Research Engagement Center (REC) and operations to leadership during her tenure which has given her the perspective needed to make changes for the better. Since Katie took ownership of the REC team overall she has lasered in the team’s focus and implemented processes to empower others as leaders which has in turn dropped turnover by about 50%.

Mark Geniesse

Mark has over 30 years of experience as a full-service market research supplier and consultant, including 9 years with Beall Research before their acquisition by Qlarity Access. He played a key role in developing our emotional drivers of behavior model, which identifies the specific feelings driving purchasing and brand recommendations, widely used by clients to guide decision-making. Mark's extensive experience in designing and analyzing challenging research across a broad range of industries makes him a master at turning clients’ business objectives into meaningful insights and providing actionable recommendations that drive business strategy.

Katie Taddei
VICE PRESIDENT,
MARKETING
Katie is a market researcher by education, marketer by passion. Her experience in market research makes her the perfect person to understand our clients’ needs and speak to them about what we do best in a common language. Prior to Katie joining the team, Qlarity Access had no marketing team or strategy. Since starting, Katie has rebranded the almost 3-decade old company, launched core service offering Vet Access, developed a guiding strategy, and revitalized content generation, bringing added value to both our clients and ourselves.

Anne Beall

Anne E. Beall founded Beall Research, a strategic market research firm acquired by Qlarity Access in July 2024. A trailblazer in the industry, Anne was one of only a few female CEOs in market research. She authored several books, including Strategic Market Research: A Guide to Conducting Research that Drives Businesses (4th edition), and her expertise in how emotions drive purchasing and loyalty behaviors has made her a trusted advisor to all her clients. Anne works now as an advisor bringing her strategic thinking to Qlarity Access for the betterment of our clients.

Mike Mostransky

DIRECTOR
Mike serves his clients through connection. He connects to clients themselves, asking why early and often to get to the root of the problem, then thinks outside of the box for the solution. As a prior product and project manager, Mike is able to understand what obstacles our operations team may face, and connect the dots between objectives and execution. And finally, Mike connects with the agriculture industry at large through exposure to farm tours, conferences, podcasts, and industry organization memberships, like National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA).

Phil began his career with Beall Research, now Qlarity Access, in 2016 and has grown immensely in both title and skill. Dom is a patient and passionate leader who serves as the bridge between our talent and our mission. After successfully leading our training, onboarding, and agent teams in the Research Engagement Center, Dom has transitioned her expertise into Human Resources. She now focuses on the holistic health of our team—overseeing the employee experience from the first day of hire through long-term professional development. From Research Engagement Agent to Training Supervisor and Associate Project Manager, Tiffany has been a cornerstone of our team’s growth. Now serving as Finance Coordinator, she manages the financial engine room of our business: overseeing receivables, payables, and bookkeeping. Drawing on her background in nursing and project leadership, Tiffany brings precision and a person-first approach to our financial systems, ensuring the team operates with total clarity and confidence.

Tiffany joined our team as an agent in the Research Engagement Center and proved herself quickly, then being promoted to training supervisor. Since then, she has again risen into managing projects as well as people. Throughout her life, Tiffany has always been dedicated to connecting with and helping people. She started this in her career as a nurse and now demonstrates it by sharing knowledge with the agents under her purview and helping her clients find confidence and clarity in decision making by getting to the root of the objectives and executing towards them.
