Remote Quantitative Agent Position

Job Description: 

The Quantitative agent position is an entry level remote position for our virtual research engagement center (REC). Working in a fast pace environment with moving pieces daily, The agent role executes on recruiting respondents to participate in research surveys via phone and online. This is not cold calling, this is market research. You will be expected to navigate through Google Drive. Audience engagement is a vital component of this position, as knowing the why behind the research is the motivation for respondents to share their opinions and create change.

Opportunity for Advancement: 

The agent position has 5 levels for advancement based off-key measurements, which include data quality and productivity outcomes. 

Agent in training, associates agent, lead agent, senior agent, and executive agent level.

Qualified candidates will be expected to:

  • Have basics computer knowledge

  • Have a working desktop or laptop (No iPads or Chromebooks)

  • A working camera

  • Quite work space

  • Basic typing skills, basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate through different platforms and managing your time clock 

Base Pay: 

The agent position starts with a base pay of $12.00 per hour.
After 30 days of employment, the employee is eligible for a pay increase. Our supervising staff conducts quarterly reviews / conversation with all employees where pay can be increased depending on measurement outcomes and level of performance.

Flexible Scheduling:

The agent position have the opportunity to create their own weekly schedule for which they are available to work. Submitted availability schedules are due each Wednesdays for the following Sunday through Saturday. We have a 15 hour / 3 days a week minimum requirement. Our hours range from 8am - 9pm on weekdays, 11am-4pm on Saturday, and 4pm-9pm on Sundays.
